Delivery Time

If your product is not working properly,or you received the product which is not the same with the one you chose before. Please contact with us within 3-5 days after you receive the product. After the video has been checked and permitted by our factory, As long as the product is unopened and still in its original condition and packaging you can return within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery from our store or date of receipt.

If you request a pickup service for the items to be returned or exchange, a charge of 100 AED will be applied.

Unopened Returns

4. Change of Mind: For customers who no longer want an item that has been unpacked, returns are accepted, provided the customer covers the return shipping fees. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.

How to Initiate a Return: To start the return process, contact our customer service team via WhatsApp with your order number, photographic or video evidence of the defect if applicable, and a brief description of the issue. Our team will guide you through the next steps based on the nature of your return.

6. Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
